2054 Emmet Avenue

The Space

This gorgeous updated house in Germantown is spacious and has all the modern comforts you could want, combined with historic charm. It boasts an open floor plan, 1 super fancy bathroom and 1 half bath, two queen sized beds in private bedrooms, a comfortable couch and the availability of two queen size air mattresses.

The eat-in kitchen has been updated with concrete and butcher-block counters, cherry cabinets, an antique Chambers gas range, and lots of other cool features. All appliances have been updated within the past two years. There is a nice backyard patio and a carport for off-street parking. WiFi is available throughout the house, and a 42" flat panel TV is available to hook-up to your computer. This Germantown house will sleep four comfortably and can accommodate more guests if needed.

Once of the first jobs I had growing up was washing dishes at a local family restaurant. I remember thinking while laboring over piles of dirty dishes that, when I had my own house one day, I'd get a full restaurant dish sprayer in my kitchen to make getting dishes rinsed a synch. Guess what? The T&S wall mounted pre rinse faucet features a 44" flex hose and spring design that provides plenty of versatility in a variety of warewashing applications.

The house offers:

Interaction with Guests

I will be available at check-in and check-out, and not too far should you need anything else. I'm available to offer tips on things to do and sights to see.
